why doesWeed increase heartBeat rate and hash not?

hi there
as some of you know I had to stop smoking for a long period cause my heartbeat increased to much from smoking weed. no matter I was in bad health status which cannabis hasnt much todo for overweight and too high collesterine...no alls good im a happy stoner again but I notice that heartbeat rates increase first hour of smoking about 45% so normal heartbeat as 70 beats a minute to 100 beats isnt a problem for people with no heartsickness...same as when u go jogging or walk long stair...but I notice this increasing heartbeat just happens when smoking potent weed and not when smoking as example blonde hash?
does anyone know why this just happens when smoke weed?
same problem with falling of blood pressure which can be dangerous for older smokers and some who have heart problems, cause my docttor said cannabis can make fall down blood pressure when stand up after smoking and increase when lying on back

greens contain nitrogen hence when burning or rather smouldering it gases such as CN, NH₄, NO₂ and NO₃ are produced. Furthermore as greens do not burn one has to constantly draw and so inhale while one can burn good hashish without toking at all. I smoked greens in order to express what had happened to me. But when the reasons faded I stopped. Simple life is wild enough.

I only saw this post now and I have to disagree with it. I've smoked hash for years and when it was good it definitely made my heart beat more. Not saying it happened every time but it sure has happened. I've heard stories that it has happened also to some people by simply smoking a cigar.
